1. Order Cancellation

Order Cancellation Once an order is placed on the website, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Complaints and Grievances

If you have any complaints or grievances regarding the product or delivery, you must inform us within 15 days of receiving the order. Please provide a video of package opening for appropriate action in case of damaged or defective products, or if the received items are different from what was ordered.

3. Delivery Status

If you encounter any issues related to delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner. We will take necessary actions accordingly.

4. Refunds and Returns

Defective or damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery. Refunds will be processed via RazorPay within 15 working days. Please share the delivery confirmation message or images for complaints and refunds.
